WW: 10 Facts About Me!

Oh, hi there.

Are you new?  Or have you been around awhile?

Either way, here are 10 things you may or may not know about me.

jenni-52

1.  I grew up and currently live in South Jersey and love it.  I still get to be close {and even work} in a major city like Philadelphia, but have all the comforts of suburbia with both of our families close by.  Andplusalso?  The beach!

2. Bob and I {<- and I'm using that term extremely loosely} have renovated nearly every single room in our house.  We're talking "down to the studs" kind of renovations. Our next house better be brand spanking new, let me tell ya.

3. I'm the middle child of three girls and adore it.  My sisters are my best friends.

4. Speaking of sisters, did I mention that my little sister, Kacy, and I are currently due 4 days apart? We are.

5. This is my third baby, but forth pregnancy.  Oh, and also? I get really big when I'm pregnant.  But then again? I make big babies.

6. I played soccer from age 4 up through and including all 4 years of college.  It was a huge part of my life and has taken me all over the country!

7. Bob and I created our own last name {for family/personal reasons.} It meant a lot to Bob to start fresh with a new name for our family and so we came up with it together after we got engaged.  I love that we did this :)

8. I'm obsessed with professional pictures and try to have our family pics taken at least once a year.

9.  My dad is a walking, talking miracle man.  And my hero.

10.  I say this is our last baby, but deep down?  I'm not so sure.  I mean, 3 kids sounds kinda crazy to me {umm, too late!}... but FOUR!?!  That's just insane. Tell me that's insane.  It is, right?  Okay, I thought so too.  I'm really hoping I get the "OMG I never want to be pregnant again, and pass me more wine while you're at it" feeling after this baby.  I really, really do.  But who knows.  Only time will tell. ;)

I think 4 is insane, but my husband and I both come from families of six kids and my siblings all have 3 or more kids, so... who knows. Insane, but really fun? Ha.

I'm SO glad you admitted #10. I've been reading your blog for such a long time and every time you say "we're done" or "this is our last baby," I always wondered if that was completely true! You are such a family girl! And you take life in stride! And you make beautiful babies! And you have an awesome family to help you and support you!

I can't wait to see how life pans out for you and your family!!

I have four and can't imagine it any other way! Yes, it is insane, but not really any more than it was with 3. :) I thought I always wanted just four but my husband (who wanted TWO when we married) wants a fifth, can you imagine that?! THAT will be crazy! Good Luck! As you know, being a mom is the best job in the whole world!

SO great getting to know you better. We have three & let me tell you, in a strange way it's so much easier than 2 & definitely easier than 1. You are not crazy- I still want a 4th even though my baby is turning 9 & we have been out of baby stage for a good long while.

I just want to say how much I LOVE your blog!! You inspired me to start my own blog to document my son's life and it has been amazing to know that my family in the south is still able to be "part" of my son's life! I'm new - and I love that you did this. I may have to do my own. Don't know if this helps or hurts, but one of my dearest friends just had #4 - I'm still baking #1, so I think she's nuts, but either way...

LOVE your pregnancy photo's ... so sweet - i just wanted to hide away when I was pregnant ( I wish I hadn't now as I have no record of being preggers. )
It's great for support when you and sis are so close. ;-)

That is so neat that you and your sisters are due so close together! And I love the idea of creating a new name instead of one person taking the other's when they get married.
