My Newest Must-Have

I'm an Uggs convert. I'll admit it.

When Uggs first came out I honestly thought that they were the most hideous things I'd ever seen. Whenever I saw someone wearing them, I was sure to give them the side eye {and maybe even mumble the word "idiot" to myself.}

Then I put them on my feet.

My first thought... "Who's the idiot now?" {Me.}

They were seriously the most comfortable {and warmest!} things I've ever put on my feet. I started out as a closet fan, only purchasing the slippers and wearing them from the moment I got home from work until the moment I had to pry them off my feet the next morning. After that, I decided I didn't care anymore. I was going to come out of the closet and proudly become an Ugg wearin' girl. Now they're some of my favorite shoes...

Once I had Brynn, I knew that I would be buying her a pair as soon as humanly possible. Because it's the first day of fall {yay!} I decided to visit the Uggs website this morning {which, as any east-coaster knows right now, it's effing 90 degrees outside- so I'm not sure why I'm thinking about warmer feet} to see what they had for Brynnie girl.

And then I saw these.

They very well may be the cutest things I've ever seen in my entire life.

I swear, if they had them in Jenn-size, I'd buy them. {And they're pink... are you surprised?!?}

As any Ugg-wearin' girl knows... they're pretty expensive. Even these baby shoes are $40. Now, that doesn't seem too bad except for the fact that, with the way Brynn's growing, they may only fit her for a few weeks.

So... what should I do? Should I buy them in a bigger size? Not waste my money? I need your help!

I was thinking, if I bought them in a bigger size, then she'd at least be able to wear them the entire winter {most likely!} What do you think??

Comment {please!} or take the poll on the side =)

Well, I've never worn Uggs, but those are soooooo cute! I definitely buy them a little large at that price. Maybe add a little sock in the toe for now.

Those are too freakin adorable to not buy, but I would buy them in a bigger size...that way they will last longer :-)

Get a bigger size, but definitely get them. :)

Those are freakin' adorable! The good thing is that babies' feet don't start to grow that fast until they're walking... I'd probably buy just a size up from where she is now and she'll probably be set for the winter. :)

Bigger size!!!! They are too cute! And you can always put some thick socks on her feet as you wait for her to grow into them! =)

While they are super cute! I had to fight buying my two kiddos Uggs in the past as well. They just grow to fast for me to justify the price. I have found similar pairs at Target or Sears and they held up great and kept their tootsies warm. Here is a super cute pink pair in infant size:

If you love them go for the Uggs, but I would be so sad if she couldn't wear them long, ya know? I will say, you have great taste :)

They are super cute, but $40?! Yikes. That's a no go for me. I'd check my local consignment shops for something similar. The one I go to every week for a mom's group had adorable baby pink Ugg boots for $7.00...

DO IT - but go for a bigger size. I am so getting my little girl a pair of the boots. I love my Uggs, I live in them. I too was a convert.

Great find Jenni, I am so buying a pair of these for Addison. Definitely get them for Brynn, she'll thank you later.

they are very cute..but for real they're $40.00 and I think shoes on infants are pointless..the money would be better served in a college fund, but i'm a practical kind of person. If you really love Uggs that much, why not wait and get her a pair next year when she will actually get use out of them ?
