Can you believe it? July. It's Carter's birthday month. My baby will be ONE in just two short weeks. I'm almost speechless. Almost.
This time last year, I had just had my growth ultrasound. Carter weighed over 7 pounds at 35 weeks. My blood pressure was high and I was already 1 cm and 80% effaced. Last 4th of July weekend I took Bob and my parents to the Phillies vs. Mets game. I looked like this:![](https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhX4rKnNLTkzh2f9DoOWOSFhtIGg2LJAyI6waspmGUYMCrJN0kgrQ1h9J0Bodgy3p3d6PdiGXEjrSAy6y0PlMuETJson837P4IisroGASGA4vDR-N3yqDtmi2udIOjsVcLM0s3BCWlvh-c/s400/19)
My shirt said "Mom's Future Phillies Fan" and was a huge hit at the game =) Little did I know that I'd deliver a 9.5 pound baby just 2 weeks later {at 38 weeks}.
I know I've said it a million times, but I have never heard a truer statement: if you want to see just how fast time goes, have a baby.

Aww! I don't think I've seen that baby picture of Carter! So precious :-)
Aww, thanks! I used this for his birth announcement along with a cute picure of his feet =)
I hear ya girl!!! imagine when we have TWO baby's how quickly time will go?!?! the thought of it makes my mind spin over and over!
It's July? I thought I specifically requested that this month not come this year so that my baby wouldn't be able to not be a baby anymore [does that make sense? If not, blame the beer..].
I love that picture. I just found his announcement the other day! [Mike took it off the fridge, the doofus.]
