TIOM | In reach.

Medifast | Weeks 20 & 21
Due to Carter's birthday extravaganza, I missed a week of my Take it off Monday posts, but I'm happy to report that in the last 2 weeks I've lost 1.8 pounds. That means that I've lost a total of 28.8 pounds since I started this journey on March 2nd.

Almost 30.

I never dreamed that I would be where I am today on this program. I am so happy that I've stuck with it and so proud of how far I've come. And now? I'm just a mere 1.2 pounds away from goal.

I want to get there before BlogHer. I have to get there.

So what does that mean? It means that I have 9 days to lose 1.2 pounds. Think I can do it?

Well, I know I can.
Weeks 20 & 21 Summary

Weight loss this week: -1.8 lbs

Weight loss to date: -28.8 lbs

Weight left to lose: 1.2 lbs

First Goal: 10 pounds {Reached: 3/23/11}

  • Reward: Pedicure {Check!}

Second Goal: 20 pounds {Reached: 5/5/11}

  • Reward: Joe's Jeans {I'm going to order these in September... we have too many birthday parties and vacations for me to get them now. But? I WILL GET THEM.}

Final Goal: 30 pounds {so damn close.}

  • Reward: I can almost smell the new leather...

Success: Being so close to my goal and staying on plan 100% to get there. Also? I was SO GOOD at the wedding this weekend. I'm very proud of myself.

Set-Backs: The only set back this week was TOM, which isn't really my fault, lol. So? I'm hoping for good things this week!!!!

I think it's totally doable to lose 1.2 lbs in 9 days. Good luck and congrats for doing as well as you are!!
