8 months

Didn't he just turn 7 months?? I guess it was a month ago that that happened, but my gawd! I was thinking about this last night... Carter is 8 months old today and that's exactly the amount of time that I knew I was pregnant. I found out on November 18th {at 4 weeks along} and had him July 18th. 8 months is a long time when you're pregnant. It went by sooooo slow. But why is it going so fast now that he's here? Because he keeps us busy? Perhaps. I just know that he is the most wonderful little boy in the world {no, I'm not bias} and I'm thankful everyday that he is here and he is healthy {though that's debatable now after 1 bath and 3 outfit changes all before 7:30am this morning, but you know what I mean.}

Let's see what's going on with my little man now... He has 2, that's right TWO, of his top front teeth that came in over the past week. The bottom two aren't far behind... they're right there. Four at the same time is oh so lovely :) He's trying to crawl, but really just gets up on all 4's, rocks, then lays down on his belly and thinks he can Superman his way over to what he wants. Good times. He loves Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, Elmo, DJ, his toy remote control {that looks exactly like the Comcast remote}, his toy mirror {he knows he's good lookin'} his train that keeps circling the balls around the top {he even knows how to turn this toy on and then steals the balls out of it when they get to the top. He hits the yellow button then puts his hand in front of the hole so he can get them, lol.} He says "ma" "da" "na" "ba" and sometimes "no" "yea" and what sounds like "ball." He laughs. A lot. I'm talking big belly laughs and it's the most wonderful sound in the world. Speaking of big bellies...and laughing...
Daddy's coming to get him....

Yep, he's 8 months already. And I can't believe how fast it's going.
