Disney Giveaway!

Meet Jill {and her adorable family}...Jill is a travel agent and graduate of the Disney College of Knowledge, and she really knows her stuff! She helped me before my Disney trip in October and gave me little tips about parks, food and the shuttle to Universal! 1. So, tell us a little bit about yourself!
I was born and raised in Philadelphia. I currently live in South Jersey with my husband, Kevin. We have 4 awesome sons: Connor, Kieran, Ryan and Shaun. I’ve always loved travel, especially to Disney World.

2. You have a pretty awesome job, huh? Do tell!
I’ve always loved planning Disney Trips for myself and my family and friends. I would make their dining reservations, spreadsheets with park times, build them itineraries. I was pretty much doing everything except booking their trips. My husband started urging me about a year ago to turn this into a career. I did and now here I am! Best. Job. EVER!

3. How long have you been involved in this field and in what capacity?
I joined Mayfair Travel last spring as their Disney Specialist. I feel so lucky that I was able to turn one of my favorite things to do into a job! I can book all areas of travel, but I specialize in Disney. I graduated from the Disney College of Knowledge and I am an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner. As an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner I know all the special offers available and can suggest the best times to visit, resorts best for your family, which park passes to include, as well as the Disney Dining Plan. Based on your needs and wishes, I can design a unique vacation package that is perfect for your family. And, should you have any problems during your vacation, I will be your advocate. I want every family I book to love Disney as much as I do.

4. What's one "insider" tip that you would recommend to others?
Not really insider, but my favorite tips are:

1. Get to the parks early, before they open! They best time to tour the Disney parks is the first hour of operation. Crowds are low and you can get so much done!
2. Take daily breaks!
3. Utilize Fast Passes!
