Now, when I first heard this song, I was pregnant with Carter and I immediately fell in love with it. I actually listened to it so often while I was pregnant, that after Carter was born, I would put it on in the car because it immediately calmed him down. It's amazing to me how that happens. He remembered it.
As I sit here, pregnant again with a baby GIRL, this song means just a little bit more, as it is in fact about being pregnant with, well... a baby girl.

OH MY GOODNESS!!! This is so weird that you just posted this because I was listening to this and I am in tears because I'd NEVER paid attention to the words! Amazing how a sweet little baby inside changes the entire meaning of a song! I love it!
