18 Month Check-Up

Carter had his 18 month check-up yesterday and it's pretty safe to say that we have a very healthy boy on our hands. {Something that I couldn't possibly be more thankful for!} He got a few vaccine's and the second half of the Flu Booster shot, so he's all set to get just one shot a year after this.

He was a little cranky last night and had a slight fever after the shots. The only thing that would cheer him up was letting him watch the "Victory" video of himself playing with his train tracks. He would continue to cheer himself on and laugh and then demand for it to be played again. Nice.

Here is my little man at the doctor's office yesterday...
Door stops that make noise are fun...
...as are chairs on wheels.
He was singing and dancing for us the whole time too. Such a good boy!

Here are his stats from yesterday:
Weight: 30 pounds | 90-95%
Height: 33 inches | 90-95%
Head: I forget the exact measurement | 95%

Because he's always been "off the charts" it's weird to see him hit the 90th percentile mark. He really is getting skinny though... I can actually see the muscles in his belly and legs now. So strange. I miss all that baby fat... but I'm sure Brynn will make up for it soon enough =)

Big BOY! I certainly don't want to rush Mady's 18 month check up, as that would mean it's April and that's just too close to May, but I'm curious about her stats!

I love the diaper and sneakers look! So cute!

Congrats on a good appt. Landon had his 18-month on Friday. He is now 24.15 lbs and that's the 30%! I must say I was a bit worried. But he Is having major picky eating phase. Tall and skinny just like his daddy I guess.

@ Suzanne- I think you can only pull that look off for a certain amount of time. At that age, it's actually CUTE ;)

@ Molly- Awww at least he's growing and healthy! Who cares what the percentiles say!
