Weight Watchers Wednesday

I had my meeting on Monday night and I was actually shocked that I lost weight this week. After eating a ton (including 2 peices of cake!) at my friends bridal shower on Saturday, I thought for sure that this week was a wash out. Here are my stats:

Week 6 loss: 1 pound even
Total loss: 8.8 pounds :)

I honestly think what is helping me most is eating Lean Cuisines everyday for lunch. I work in Philly, so it's very easy to walk right outside to a lunch truck or restaurant and get something "bad" (but so good!) for lunch. Not only am I saving money by bringing in a LC, I think it's one of the main reasons why I'm losing weight.

Grilled Chicken Teriyaki
French bread cheese pizza
Pesto Pasta with Chicken
Pasta Primavera

How is everyone else doing on their diet?

You're doing so well! I wish I started when you did. Instead of losing I'm gaining for some reason. It sucks!

Have you noticed any negative effects from all of the sodium in the LCs? I want to start bringing them for lunch too but was concerned about the sodium. You're doing great!!

I had my WW meeting on Monday. Things are going well. I am getting closer to my goal weight. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel :). I am really liking the WW Smart Ones Breakfast Sandwiches. I love the one with egg, cheese, and Canadian bacon. So...yummy!

Ashleigh- not any more then before. I love my salt more then sweets, so I haven't noticed a difference. GL :) Do they have low-sodium meals?

I'll let you know if I find some low sodium. I plan to buy some LCs and Smart Ones this weekend for next week.

BTW - love your blog! Carter is such a cutie. My little girl, Caroline, was born 7/10/08. Lovin' some July babies! :)

I did great for two weeks (6 lbs. in two weeks!), but haven't been doing so well since. You're doing great - keep it up! I gotta get motivated again!

hmmm I do love the 'roach coach's in philly :-P those were also my downfall when I worked at CHOP!

Have you tried the 3 meat pizza LC? very yummy!!

Even at home I still have a LC and a side spinach salad.

I have a very yummy healthy low fat and super easy to make breakfast casserole if you need a new breakfast item:-)
