WW: Happy 4th!

Again, thanks so much for all of your kind words on my Mass Update post.  You guys are the best.  Seriously.

So, now for some fun.  This past weekend we had a lovely day at the pool with my family, followed by a yummy BBQ and a boat ride to see the fireworks.  {Sounds kinda like our day tomorrow, actually!} Here are a a few pics from that lovely trip :)

It was SUCH a gorgeous night. Here is the Walt Whitman Bridge {ahhh, it was nice to go under it considering that we go over it 10 times a week!} and the lovely city of Philadelphia. :)

And a shot of the awesome fireworks over Penn's Landing and the Ben Franklin Bridge.  
The kids absolutely LOVED the fireworks.  They both sat there in amazement the entire time and Carter has talked about them everyday since.

But the actual boat ride scared Carter this year.  He was perfectly fine last year, but this year he was scared to death when the boat went fast {he had no problems with it docked, anchored and/or going at a slow pace, ha!} Oh well, I'm sure he'll get use to it ;)  Brynn had no problems with the boat, what-so-ever.  That's my girl!

    Glad the little ones enjoyed the fireworks so much...it's always special to be able to share those kinds of memories with family.

    Some of my most favorite memories are being out on the water to watch fireworks on the 4th. What a great time & fabulous memories for the kids.
