This Saturday, is the first of several parties to celebrate the birth of the greatest little boy my eyes ever did see... our Carter Man!
He is totally in to Angry Birds this year, so when he told me he wanted an Angry Birds birthday party, I went searching for invitation design ideas. Well I was totally ecstatic when I found this little gem that included everything I needed to make an invite for Carter. {It also has fabulous Angry Birds print outs for favors bags, stickers, cake toppers and banners... so if you're throwing an Angry Birds party, I recommend downloading the kit!}
So yeah.... after finding the kit, the invites were super easy to make... just added some text and a green piggy and viola. Donezo. And I think they turned out pretty adorable :)
And clearly, Carter loved them!
He was so excited to give them to all of his friends. =)
I had big plans to make some of those banners, favor boxes and cake toppers too, but then life got a little crazy and well... I didn't. Thankfully the "boncey house" place that Carter picked for his birthday party {again!} includes everything but the kitchen sink, so I literally have nothing to do but show up with my kiddos and bring a cake.
Andplusalso? We're in and out in 2 hours.
Now that's my kind of party.
