Meet Fern & Fran, the owners of Watch Me Grow, an amazing Etsy shop where they design and sell adorable monthly baby onesie stickers! Enjoy their interview and don't forget to enter the amazing giveaway at the bottom! =)

1. So, tell us a little bit about yourself! 
Hi, My name is Fern and my identical twin is Fran (named after our grandmothers). I have a son who is going to be a Junior and Fran has three children. Two are in college and her oldest daughter is married with a 19 month old son.

We have always been very close and luckily live within a few miles of each other. Because we spend so much time with each other, one day I told her we should start a business together. We have always love decorating our homes and that is how the idea of Twice As Nice Lettering came about. Once the business was set up and off the ground, Fran did most of the business because the vinyl machine was at her home. I am more of the creator because I have more computer skills. I am able to create new decals and special orders from my computer and send them to her email. That left me more idle time and gave me the opportunity to start another business that I have wanted to do for quite some time and that is how Watch Me Grow Stickers came to be.

2. You own/work for an awesome company, huh? Do tell!

I absolutely LOVE making monthly onesie stickers. The creating part is endless and it never feels like a job. I can spend hours in my office making baby stickers. When you love what you do, it never feels like work. 

3. How long have you been involved with this company and in what capacity?

We opened Watch Me Grow Stickers on Etsy in January and we have actually watched our business grow too. 

4. What are your favorite items and what would you recommend to others?

The designing of the stickers is endless. I am thinking up new designs daily and am always happy when I get emails from the moms letting me know how much they love them and especially getting pictures of their little ones.

 I think what sets us aside from other monthly onesie sellers is that ALL of our stickers are cut and ready to use. Many sellers only cut their round designs and the other shape such as flowers and the boys ties come uncut. Ours are not only cut for you but packaged and ready for gift giving.
