Santa. Yep. {He drives red Volvo. Just an FYI.}
So, while I anticipated another scene like this from not one, but both of my children...

...it actually went 50% better than anticipated...

Brynn couldn't escape fast enough, while Carter happily sat on Santa's lap and told him everything he wanted for Christmas. He was a little upset when Santa didn't have all his presents wrapped and ready for him before we left though.
Someone is having trouble understanding this concept ;)

He he. Love it. Mine looks very similar. I will have to post it next week.
ReplyDeleteSo cute!! We are attempting ours on Saturday. I have a feeling I will regret that decision! :/
ReplyDeleteI think it's adorable!
ReplyDeleteThose are priceless, especially that first one. Oh the memories... lol.
ReplyDeleteSo cute! This will be my first year with two kids instead of one!
ReplyDeleteThis year gave us our first screaming kid with Santa pic.....I'm sure there will be many more ;)
ReplyDeleteAnd I hope next year Brynn loves Santa as much as Carter seems to this year!
Aw, how cute! We still haven't taken the kids to see Santa, but it's coming soon. Hope my 2yo doesn't scream! lol
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by and linking up. Have a great day! :)
So was Santa already dressed up as he got out of his Volvo? With pictures there is always one child who is happy and one who completely dislikes the man...you just never know who is it gonna be though :)
ReplyDeleteAww so cute! No surprise that santa drives a red car ;)
ReplyDeleteOh how I love this post!! I have a daughter a couple of weeks younger than Brynn so you don't know how good it makes me feel to see that Brynn didn't love Santa either :-)
ReplyDeleteBrynn and Evelina even sported the same outfit in their Santa pics!!

Must be the age...we have a similar pic. LOL Carter gives me hope, for a nice Santa pic one day....
ReplyDeleteLOL! So cute... I lucked out this year & got very cute, happy smiles.
ReplyDeleteIs it weird that the picture with Brynn & Carter and Santa of course, instead of seeing a wreath on Santa's hat I saw a Starbucks logo?!? At first, I was all that's odd, humph, must be sponsored by Starbucks. I haven't had my coffee yet, can you tell?
ReplyDeleteLOL we have Santa pics tomorrow and I'm totally scared! Any tips?
ReplyDeleteLol, well, maybe next year will be 100% better :)
ReplyDeleteMy best Santa photo features me on Santa's lap with #1 on my lap. I was about as big as Santa at the time. It is ridiculous.
ReplyDeleteCute story and picture. I love the part where your son is expecting the gifts right away.
ReplyDeleteI have to say that is a pretty spiffy looking Santa.
Thanks for the linky
Precious! I love that Santa drives a red volvo. Upgraded from that sleigh, huh? E is going through this strange scared of strang men phase so I anticipate the Santa visit will be loud. And tearful.
ReplyDeleteI can only hope that my Santa pics will turn out as well as yours! Even the one from earlier times.... :)
ReplyDeleteits mean to force your kids to sit on a strange mans lap just so you can get a photo op..why not wait until they are not terrified? what is the big obsession with santa pics ?
ReplyDeleteAhhh- that brought back so many memories. The only time we did the santa pic - it turned out just like that first shot :)
ReplyDeleteHAHA LOVE! Too cute!
ReplyDelete~~ Come visit my blog! http://www.mommiecouture.com ~~
oh my gosh my son did the same thing! He sat there and told Santa all about the racetrack he wanted and was so upset when we left without his presents lol
